We start a conversation with a client, and already from the conversation it became known that the timing belt had been replaced not so long ago. And just after that, these sometimes occurring interruptions in the operation of the internal combustion engine began. Without hesitation, we get our MT-PRO motor tester, and remove the signal from the camshaft sensor. On a vskidku signal equal with the correct amplitude, without any distortion (the sensor has nothing to do with it). Since the computer is in cm 40 from the camshaft sensor connector, we call the ground, power and signal wire. Everything is there and no signs of oxidation either. Perhaps there is some problem in the system regulation phase. Forcedly supplying power to the phase-regulation solenoid valve, the machine stalls, indicating that there is no problem with this system explicitly. We remove the electric valve itself, which looks clean, not coked. Visually the stock goes exactly without biting.

We compare with ours and do not understand one thing, where did one tooth of the signal of the intake camshaft sensor go, just in which the error burns.

And when we find nothing, we make a decision to raise the valve cover and look what is wrong there. We are removing we are starting to rotate the crankshaft on the sly, and here it is, there is no tooth of the master rotor of the intake camshaft, and looking closely it became clear that it is simply broken.
The sentence is unambiguous, the replacement of the camshaft. Someone can say why so dramatically, the reader changes separately, but the guys there are no guides or keys, you can dress it up as you like, this is not the case when there is no choice and experiments are needed.
